This is Belle’s hubby. Since you wanted an update, here goes: Saturday morning I went on line and posted a pmt (via ccard), address change, and request of back issues at Highlights’ www. Then I called them on Monday. The lady I spoke to (Nita) was very helpful and nice. She updated the system and resubmitted the order with a note that we never received any invoices or issues due to the address error. So Snags should start getting the issues around 20 Feb. :)
